- (f)(2)(A)amended… or separate interests resulting from the installation, use, maintenance, repair, removal, or replacement of the charging station.
- (f)(5)addedThe installer of the electric vehicle charging stations shall indemnify or reimburse the association or the members for loss or damage caused by the installation of the electric vehicle charging station.
- (l)addedExcept in the case of gross negligence by the association, it is the intent of the Legislature to provide an association that has complied with this section with civil liability protection for injuries and damages emanating from an electric vehicle charging station or its use that the association does not own.
